Challenging a player but freezing at the loading screen

When I challenge a player that appears in my radius, often it gets stuck on the "All World" loading screen. Only way to fix this is to close the app and re-open. But then the player disappears.

Also intermittently stuck on loading screen when hitting play for a warm up game. Please let me know what other info is needed :)

Just happened again when Stephen Curry appeared. I selected Stephen, hit challenge and stuck on the "All world" screen. Takes my credits each time which is frustrating.

When I reload the app, money is gone but there's no one for me to challenge.

I've had it happen multiple times where I side step and drive, but instead of dunking or laying up I'm just stuck under the basket and can't move at all. Then the 24 sec clock runs out and the game kinda freezes there.

@Sellieee has this happened since your app updated to the 1.6 version? Also, if you haven't already reached out, please chat with our support team about your cred being subtracted!

Hey @Coach K has happened but less frequently! I think this only happens now when I challenge a player but then my gps goes haywire so the challenge doesn't load.

Hey @Coach K, just happened on a warm up game. Selected play and just hit that "All World" screen. Rebooted the app and can't play that warm up game again.
