Game freezing mid tournament

My game froze in the middle of a game and after a few minutes of me sitting there watching Ja dribble it made me forfeit and lose the tournament.

    I’ve noticed this has happened to me several times, a common result chaining multiple dribbles. You end up freezing, resulting in a shot clock violation, but the game never resumes and you’ll need to restart the game and forfeit a loss

    I have a video of what happens, happens in defence and in offense so it's not related to dribbling or something like this. I can't upload video though why ?? It make no sense not being able to post videos on a bug reporting server
