Player freezing on 1v1 clipper arena tournament

I spent 100 AW cash to get the Clippers arena pass, only for my player to be stuck dribbling, all UI disappeared, with the opponent running in place beside me till the time ran out. Only way to get out after was a full game restart resulting in a loss. This happened two times in a row eliminating me from the tournament. Is it possible to either refund the cash or pass? Thanks
