Player Stuck in Court

I have a player who has been stuck in a "Rule The Court" for more than 7 days and past the court reset.

I live across from the court and the player is no longer in the leaderboard, however, All World is still reporting that the player is in a court and I can not do anything with him.

    Recall many times, but still in the court......and the time already over 1 week.....

    Hi @ForestHillHKers! Are you seeing any errors when you tap on Recall? Could you share a screenshot?

    Hi I believe I am experiencing the same issue, my player has been on court for 26 days and counting. How can I get him back? Recalling him back won’t be an option as it will mean that I won’t receive my rewards I earn on the leaderboard.
